burning question

If I let go all of the past right now
I would be so much more . . .
clear and focused on right here & now

I would take out the if and be, already

full of calm assurance
eyes and arms open wide
knowing what my next move is
cos I've heard it clear inside

a smiling open channel for the best words in the moment
to help remind the one beside me
that you are right here too
and all the world just wants to see
you as completely wholly you

Thank you Danielle just what I needed this morning - the question that burned right through all the others, all the scribbled notes on pages, grappling and revolving.
Seems all I really want is to know is what is now and what is next. Ha.
Now that feels like keeping it simple and do-able.
Off I go to my day - listening and taking - one step at a time :)
What would you be more of if you let go of the past?
 I'd love to know too
and link it back with love . . .

poetry? - anyone can :)

So every day I read a Samantha poem
she writes one poem a day

It's such a sensuous way
to focus
It moves me
I have a try
even though I stumble
I'm not so good and I can't help but rhyme
even if it's not the right time

Then the other day in class
when my mind falls in its regular fog
of swirling dative/akkusative der, die das ness
we turn to seite dreissig and
I wake up

They want us to write a poem - in German
yikes
but it's ok, it's easy, it's fun and there's a formula!
I do mine with Wendy and it comes out like this:

Ruhig
Der See
Aus dem Fenster
Wir vergessen unsere Ubung
Donnerstag

or this in English

Calm
The lake
Out the window
We forget our lesson
Thursday

Ha Ha
Have a go, write one for yourself

It's called an Elfchen (little eleven)
11 words in 5 lines
1st = an adjective / a noun? (1 word)
2nd = what is / what is it? (2 words)
3rd = where is it / what does it? (3 words)
4th = something about yourself / the noun (4 words)
5th = conclusion word (1 word)

We read them out to each other and left the last line to guess.
My German class just got funner.

Write yourself one.
share
I'd love to read it :)

(yep that's the view out the window
pretty easy to drift off . . .)

lost and found in the stillness

Where else do I lose myself?
It's not always meditation
but when I am still and feel
everything around me

life gets richer
the birds sound clearer
the air meets
the ground embraces

knots unravel
thoughts trail upward
ideas land

there's so much more space
that everything fits
and
can even move round
and

if I get it even bigger
they play

Where do you lose your 'self'
and find your connection
to all?

Thank you Kaye for facilitating the Wrap-Up & Set-Up. It seems to make a huge difference having someone guide one through and hold an open, loving space – keeping it simple and asking the poignant questions that trigger realisation and revelation. I hadn’t realised just how challenged the year had felt (for me) and how with hindsight, planning and innocent desire I can influence the future – bringing me closer to a year I’d like to have. Thanks to Kaye Llewelyn for your great coaching on the call to set our goals for 2012! It's amazing what we all accomplished in a one hour call! I am totally empowered and feelin' COURAGEOUS :) You rock , girl.  Indra Teacher
Kaye, thanks so much for the wrap up session at the end of 2011, it was so helpful and I keep referring back to the notes I made. It really helped me to get things in focus, even pointing out the 'little' things, you know like getting drawers in order and stuff like that. Also the online format worked really well, and was very user friendly.  Leanne Berelowitz - Artist. Teacher. Mama

a bit of Paris

looking from the centre out in all directions

a little bit of Paris

old friends making new memories

little bit of wisdom - ok maybe a Levis ad?

Avenue of love

you gotta start by loving you ;)

sailing on the seven seas

a perspective

a promise

a question - what's your dream?

follow it . . .

The kind of moments you get when you're closer to things
when you get an invitation
and when you say yes

But what to do in two short wintry days?
Be with friends
Be amazed - again
Be curious - look beyond or behind
Be open - to what you find

What a gift
a time out of time
a moment
out of all my busy mine
to just be
and soak it up
a little atmosphere
a breath of different air
refreshed revived
re-inspired

You can take those moments anywhere. What's that great quote about change? It's all about seeing with different eyes? When I lived in Bondi, when I lived in Byron, even when I lived in Bali when I got so tangled up in my same life repeating myself over and over . . . I'd just take a different way home, put on a different tune, put on a different kind of hat and open the way for something new . . .
give yourself a surprise - a gift to you xx
